There are filled in blanks at the bottom, filled in with blue ink, indicating the student, "Wayne Robertson", teacher, "Evelyn Kettles", and school, "Victoria School". The report card is for the school year 1955-1956. Inside, also in black text with blue pen marks, are a "Citizenship Report", featuring marks on "Health", "Neatness and Care", and "Attitudes". On the next page is a "Scholarship Report" featuring marks on "English", "Arithmetic", "Social Studies", "Science", "Arts" and "Health". The back page features an "Attendance Report", and comments from the teacher, as well as signatures from "Betty G. Patterson", and an indication of his promotion to the next grade.
