Old Ottawa City Hall, now the John. G. Diefenbaker Building of Global Affairs Canada, a Department of the Government of Canada at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa. The image is of the ceiling sails in the new Council Chamber – used to protect from the sun. The new addition was designed by Moshe Safdieand opened in 1992.
