A river level view of the Old Ottawa City Hall, now the John. G. Diefenbaker Building of Global Affairs Canada, a Department of the Government of Canada – from the north east. The image is of the three semi-circular projections, of the new addition, designed by Murray & Murray Architects, Ottawa and Moshe SafdieArchitects, USA – and opened in 1992. Original City Hall Building is an eight floor building (not shown) at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa and designed by Rother, Bland and Trudeau Architects, and opened in 1958, when it won a Massey medal.
