Postcard of Carleton Place

A black and white postcard from Carleton Place. The postcard is of the Main St. North. The photo is taken from the balcony of the Queen's hotel. The bridge can be seen in the background as well as the tower of the Town Hall. Taylor's block and be seen on the right. Written at the bottom "Main Street North, Carleton Place, Canada."

Friendship Club

Black and white photograph of a large brick house on Mill Street next to the Town Hall. Above the front door is a sign that reads "Senior Citizen's Friendship Club". Parked in front is a silver car. To the left of the building the Town Hall is visible. In the window that can be seen is a sign for the Carleton Place Police Department. Report on the Town of Carleton Place around the year 1957. It is inside of a light blue cover made of card stock. It details the History and Municipal data, including census and industrial information, among other things. As well there are photos of the Town Hall and various other tourist spots in town.
